Y’all just destroyed all of that stuff… didn’t read the ingredients and barely tried anything. It seems like you just bought all these vintage ingredients to destroy these items without even giving us information on them. What did the labels say, what were the ingredients. We just watched you botch $16k worth of products.

@WeAreThePeople1690

In a sealed container, yes. That is why the bees tap the cones. Left out on a plate, it would go mouldy just like any other produce.
Fun fact: honey is a food that never goes bad if it is well sealed! Due to the high sugar content and the fact that it does not have any water, bacteria cannot grow, which is the case that when Tutankhamun's tomb was opened, they found jars with honey inside and upon tasting they realized that the honey was still good despite that it was preserved for thousands

01:00 Wait, are you telling me you don't know how those vintage cans work? But is awesome and clever! You see, that key you take off from the top was meant to break, if you see, usually those have a little hole in one side (not the one in the top, were you must hold it), and then, search for a little tab in one side, insert said tab in said hole, and twisted around all the can, so you cut the top part of the can and open it. I would love to see that in modern cans, and not the "easy open" that actually brakes 🤣🤣🤣
btw, those cans with the keys have a purpose. There's a small tab on the side of the can with a lip attached to a thin metal strip. The key wraps around the strip and peels off, opening the can.

Fun fact: If a jar of food (such as the peanut butter jar) has no protective seal of any kind, then it was made before 1982. In 1982, 7 people were murded throughout Chicago after someone put cyanide in tylenol bottles that were in a store. This lead to nearly all products such as over-the-counter pill bottles, peanut butter jars, pringles, milk/juice jugs, etc. Having those protective seals.

The little piece you pulled off the can lid was the key for opening the can. It attaches to a tab on the side of the can just under rim and you turn the key to peel a thin band of metal away that attaches the lid to the can. Haven’t seen a can like that in decades. Sardine cans used those keys into the 80s.

Oh, sweet young man! If you ever needed Lynja for a video it was this one. I was born in 1968 and this brought back so many memories both good and bad. Twinkies have always tasted funky but Kern's bakery(I think they were located in TN) made a cake called a banana flip that was the bomb diggers! Also, the metal key on the cans were supposed to come off, hooked into a slot around the rim, then rolled around the can to break the seal. Count Chocula and the other monster cereals totally tasted better in the '80's. Much more chocolate flavor. Loved this one!!❤

"Can you imagine if someone threw out the idea back in 1920, to make a Chip out of Chicken?" Pork rinds are a snack food made from fried or roasted pig skin. They have a long history dating back to the 1500s. They were first introduced to the United States in the early 1800s.

Don’t worry! Honey has a certain material in it that makes sure that even if it was from the dinosaur period, it would still be 100% edible

i immediately saw gushers and started to cry 🥹 i haven’t had those in a long time and remember seeing them in my lunch box back in elementary school
Okay, let's clear a few things up. You really should have tried a number of those items. Completely safe Anything that comes from a can, especially if it has any positive pressure, that is it bubbles out or hisses or the can is even slightly puffy. Don't touch the botulism seriously. The powdered stuff is probably safe. It's unlikely to have any concerns outside of simple chemical breakdown into not so good flavors. Fat and oil are not really that unsafe with age, they probably will go rancid however. Which smells bad, and definitely taste bad. Don't eat it because it's gross but probably won't hurt you The dry things there's no risk. Or a very very minimal risk. And last and my most pressing irritation. There are no expiration dates. Expiration dates are arbitrary and created by the companies, to give an idea of what it is best by. In fact, most of the dates are best on dates, meaning that if you eat it on that day, it is probably the best statistically what flavor it would be as these are tested and considered at least in contemporary times, by food scientists to try to determine when things taste the best. There is no expiration. However. Things do not expire. They simply might not taste as good after that date. Or that date just might be completely made up to induce turnover by scaring people from buying them even though the items are still good on the shelf There is no expiration date. Do not say expiration date. Stop saying expiration date. Unless it is something tested by the FDA as a drug, there is no expiration date in food.
