I install home theater equipment for a living. Unfortunately, this is the kind of garbage people are buying now. I've really noticed over the past few years that the younger generation doesn't give a "S#@%" about quality equipment. Most consider a Tablet a big screen monitor to watch netflix or some other streaming service. I find this very sad. Most of my customers lately just get a basic speaker bar and think that is good enough anymore. 4K HDR, Atmos, DTS X, will atract only the .00001 percent much less the "1 percent" crowd. I'm actually looking for a new career and I own my company. All of my competition in my area has already gone out of business and I'm the last one standing and still can't make a decent living anymore. Sad.... very sad. :(

what is the best quality system to get on a budget? I have no idea of whats what. I just know i want a nice clear sound that makes you feel like you are in the movie. The last system i had was awful.

With cheap stuff like this I'm more worried about durability, when bluray-player fails soon after warranty has expired then what, you have medicore surround system left and need to buy new BD player on top of it? And controlling separate BD player and sound system turns into a nightmare when sound system is designed to be controlled via TV-screen only so need to be changing channels a lot if want to adjust sound settings.
