I just received mine. There's a few issues. - One is the cable for the power doesn't stay in, just using another cable worked fine. - The other is - I cannot figure out how to manually bed level. I can only spin the knob so much before it falls off. And half the time it's not in the exact centre or corner. It just seems broken. - Touchscreen needs to be fixed, it's the most unresponsive capacitive touchscreen I've ever used. I've been trying to level the bed for hours. Finally got it sorted of level. Trying to load the filament - but the firmware is in a loop. 🤦

Hello did you manage get the printer fixed ore did you send it back?

Just orderet one, cant wait !! Is there Any upgrades avalible in the future for the hotend? Like bigger heater block for v6 nozzles ?

My CR10 is from 2017. Currently printing just fine, minor adjustments and replacing nozzles over time. Ordered the Ender 3 V2, and will add the CR Touch. I used my original CR10 to prototype an product that I now have 2 patents on. I just wish I could make my CR10 faster.

Its very great the creality are selling not only cheap printers but also highednd and very high quality so this will satisfy a LOT of costumers...

Creality are actually getting really good with their printers so glad direct drive is basically a more mainstream feature but the camera setup isn't very great you could use that camera but just 3d print a threaded mount to put the camera somewhere else to integrate it into the printer

You don't really cover the z-offset in this video, I did the manual adjustment as per the instructions and auto bed levelling and the head is 3.6mm above the bed when trying a print!

My printer just arrived today and it doesn't start . I see only 7 dots on the screen as long as I'm pressing the power button but nothing happens. For how long I must press this button 🔘 ? It's definitely not longer than 5 minutes. And still not working . Is there anything to do before I press this button?

I am using cr10 smart. And I will upgrade to this printer. But I like the black step motor it's so cool. Let's paint everything black. We also need more dual z limited sensor like a anycubic chiron printer. Then the machine will automatically level the z axis

I wonder when will creality can throw away bed leveling screw and use fixed bed like prusa. Also CR Touch still taking long time, why they are not focusing on Pinda probe like prusa? Dont get me wrong i have ender S1 and mk3s+ and i hope creality will make upgrade for all the printer so we can use super PINDA and fixed bed mounting. Oh also smooth rod for x & y axis are far stable than v slot pom wheel

@@Creality3D maybe kind of like Kingroon can use 3 axis of linear SGR15 , so sturdy and solid. No nylon wheen that can wear over time. Oh and fixed bed like prusa is heaven, no more adjusting leveling each time. Do not use aluminum bed base and glue the magnetic , just copy prusa they are using magnetic pcb mk53 and that is brilliant Thanks

Will this printer be able to connect to a PC directly without rerouting cables? Would like to be able to run a custom Octopi with this printer.

it's hard to say... both are professional grade in different features, such like Pro with light, both available for PLA, PETG, carbon fiber ,TPU.

it has, CR-10 smart Pro with 2 types of leveling functions to meet the preferences of different users, after manual leveling, automatic leveling with CR Touch is more accurate.

I have just returned my ender 3 v2 in 3 weeks not 1 print and even the seller was stumped. I did contact Creality but was told to contact the seller so not particularly helpful. I have a another more expensive Creality machine which is great but this ender 3 has been a terrible experience

@@Creality3D hi I have tried 3 different occasions but they just refer me to the seller. The printer has been returned as I am not prepared to waste any more time on this. My other Creality machine works fine ender 5 plus , it’s just a pity that a public comment has prompted a reply, although now it’s to late. I have also cancelled my order for two Halot Resin printers.

@@Creality3D hello 2 of the eccentric nuts are not tightened, the table is not fully fixed, there is slight play the nut is constantly spinning and the wheel is not tightening is this a problem I can't print anything please help

Wifi is great but I want to print from my laptop not my phone and my own models not someone else's models.

@@Creality3D Well, maybe you should look at adding wifi or some cable connection so you can print directly from your laptop to your printer.

@@Creality3D Can't you send prints from Cura to the printer?

I am very disappointed and their printer. I'm having huge trouble getting it set in leveling when I have set all 4 corners then I have to set the middle and there I must have it more down. then the corners get too close. And I often find that when I press the pills on the touch screen, I can hear a beep, but it does not move it down even though it counts on the display, so you can not set it 100%. I have regretted spending so much money on the CR-10 Smart pro. it should have been called NOT SMART. !!! And it also often makes 203 errors .. i have another printer it costs less than half of it and prints 400 times better and nicer. Then you can tell me what's wrong with this shitty printer

I have the very same problem... I think its because the bed expands by heat and has no space so its bending in the middle. I thought about using thinner screws to give it a little more space. Of course the printer never ever should come out of the box like this... I never got a answer from the support team when i mailed them.
