Ill just write ya a new reply cuz idk what i was doing when i wrote the old one. Yes i know i got a little carried away when i unboxed this one. . All the equipement i have unboxed since has been opened "normaly" and checked before box got thrown away or put in storage.

there is a button on the mixer on channel 15/16, wich says USB or Line-in. If you put it to USB and download the Yamaha Steinberg Driver for mac from this page, should be the top alternative: www.steinberg.net/en/support/downloads_hardware/yamaha_steinberg_usb_driver.html, it shold work.

ok how do you run a talkback mic with tis mixer?

This mixer dose not have an dedicated Talkback input, so you will have to use one of the channels as an Talkback channel

What is the use of preamp in every channel?

Preamps boost a weak signal coming into the mixer so that signal can be used by the mixer. So, it makes sense that each input channel would have its own preamp circuit. Having one single preamp circuit for every channel would be foolish considering that a faulty preamp would render every channel useless in that situation.

Sorry for very late reply havent been on here in a while. No the USB interface only outputs a stereo mix of the whole console

Bad audio. And no or little mentioning of any features and likes/dislikes with reasons, which can help the audience.

@@StageKLS Will look forward to it. I was curious because I ordered MG20XU yesterday. Perhaps you can make a video about your experience so far with it and also explain the functions. Particularly, I have no idea about all the Aux knobs and jacks, and different groups.

Im sorry i never updated you.
