When you are in the Enviolo screen in the display (you switch display screens with the second button on the left side on the handlebar, there are 4 screens in total and you cycle through them) you can change the cadence by pressing the two buttons on the right side of the handlebar (which will normally change motor power delivery level if you were in any other screen of the display)
