You put it to 1. And if I it too much, you may try put a thin sock may help. This product release a electric pulse. You can measure with volt meter.

I wrote an email to customer support for a replacement or return of the product but to this date, there has been no response. It's so easy, if you think too much, you miss. Just pin the attachment to the mat. First button from left to right will switch on and, . The middle button controls the mode, Then go back to the first button as it also controls power, 1, level2, level3 etc. See how much you can handle and move up as you get used to the sensations. Third button, switches it off. It's will only work when you put both feet on it. So after setting it stand on it, if you need to reduce the level to find comfort so do, adjust and put your feet again. You can feel it working if you put it on level 5 on any mode and put both your palms on the mat😂

Hola yo compré uno ayer y tuve que traducir ya que viene en inglés ,hay que usarlo sin calcetas se carga al computador pero mi hijo me prestó uno de el porque el que traia no entraba bien se cargó puse mis pies en 3y es muy fuerte así que me dió susto solo lo tuve unos segundos y mis pies ahora están muy fríos ,que no sé si es bueno o malo pero se movían mis dedos y venas ,se mueve más el pie izquierdo ,lo usé en 1 que es el más suave pensé pero es fuerte tbn así que no se ,ahora todavía tengo los pies fríos no sé si me morí 😂 yo creo usar solo un poquito en caso de dolor de piernas creo o pies calientes ahí cada cual debe tener el cuidado y seguir la instrucción igual me cobraron 15 990 y creo vale como 2.000 y algo por pava saludos y cuidado

there is something wrong with the unit. there should be a vibration when u turn it on. before using it you should clean your feet then dry it.

STOP THE STUPID MUSIC! It is annoying, unhelpful. If I had wanted music I would have gone to a music video. What I wanted was useable operating information. OK, everyone else who purchased one of these foot massagers, I figured out how to make this thing work. 1 Use the little short cord to plug the round disk (It's the controller.) into your computer or USB charging station. A red light on the controller illuminates. Let it sit there until the red light goes out. Now it should be charged. Disconnect. 2 Align the little metal nubs on the footprint pad with the holes in the back of the controller and plug the disk into the foot pad. 3 Place the pad and disk on a hard floor, not carpet. (That is not in the instructions.) 4 Wipe/wet your feet with water or a wet pad like those supplied in crab or BBQ restaurants to clean yourself up. 5 Then using the M button select the type of stimulation you desire. I used, #2 Massage. 6 Then press the (+) button to increase the intensity until you feel the level of stimulation you like (1 thru 19). I was able to sit down on the edge of my bed and the stimulation continued. So, you don't need to stand on it, but that is how I made my Foot Massager work the first time. 7 If you want to turn it off before it turns off automatically after 15 minutes, just repeatedly press the (-) button until it counts down to zero, whereupon it will turn off. 8 I have no idea if this thing actually provides any benefit. I don't know. I just received it. It will probably take a couple of months worth of use before any improvements, if any, are obvious. In any event, I will not comment on its efficacy. It might work for me but not for you, or the reverse. You other customers are on your own from here. THERE, EMS FOOT MASSAGER DEVELOPERS/BUILDERS, SELLERS! WERE THOSE INSTRUCTIONS TOO DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO DESCRIBE AND PROVIDE TO YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS? If you are going to spend $100 on developing a product, you should at least spend another $20 for a person who can write easy to understand instructions to explain how to use it. You have wasted my time and caused a couple of hours worth of frustration. Not impressed so far. Hope it works though so I do not have to comment upon the benefits, or not, of your product.
