Those numbers are for torque adjustment, the higher the number ,the greater the torque

It depends on the amount of torque you require...approx 30min I'm estimating.

For small household work it does the job but for concrete I will recommend to use coded hammer drill.

Around 15-20mins for continuous drilling and also depends on the nature of material you work with.
