My son (now deceased) would always take me to I-Hop every year for my birthday. It has been 3 yrs of now of looking back at those memories. They were one of our favorite places. They used to give you free pancakes for your birthday.

Gloria, I am so very sorry to hear that. I hope that the Ihop pancakes brought a smile, even if it was a small one to your face, remembering a lovely memory you had with your son. I cannot imagine the pain you went and are going through, he sounded like a lovely young man, gone to soon. 💚

Those were some great pulls from both companies. I agree with Johns assessment of PPG and it was the right thing to do with looking into the actual current sales on getting what value he had on that Pop so congrats on the win Joana!! My favorites of the day are that Venom (such a sick cool looking Pop) and love that glow Eddie (always a huge Iron Maiden fan)!!!

Great video. Glad to see you're up and about Joanna!!! I completely agree with you John. The term "grail" is being used a little too freely. Grails should be a little better defined and more selective on what qualifies to be a grail. Not all that surprised that the OG Venom is only $20 bucks... there must be at least 50 different Venom pops out there, if there weren't so many maybe the value of the ones they did release will be a bit more.

Girl, $48 is actually pretty good for a star.😮 I've seen ppl pull a $28 star. $32 star. 😢 I totally get where u r coming from tho but u definitely got a better value than some ppl's stars. Perhaps a medium grail vs some small (not really grails at all) but would b nicer to get an actual grail with higher value for sure. 😊

A grail is a personal top of your want list and most of the times harder to obtain item, the price is not that important. And the value of a pop is whatever the person buying it is willing to pay, they can price a pop at 80 bucks but if I don’t think it is worth that the value for me is $ 60.

Joana, how dare u not cook with a sprained ankle! 😂 The nerve! 😅 jk. Its ok to nurse an injury & heal up & yeah, when x's r busy, some x's cooking isn't an option. Makes me wish I had an extra freezer for more back up meals to take out & heat up at x's like that but really no place for 1 at my current location. Some x's u just have to order something & give yourself a break. I did that with some yummy boneless spare rips recently. Yum!

If ppg actual had the real values, every mystery box company would go out of business. That's their profit margin. Grail = $100 minimum value.

Eddie is a great pull! And as much as I agree that the PPG on Gaia hasn't been updated enough, but I can't stress enough that PPG is not algorithm based, it's 100% community and volunteer driven, so simply put, if no one adds price points, price points to do not get updated, that being said, I am one of the volunteers and would happily rectify any discrepancies you come across at any time! Not to mention, there are some people who refuse to put in price points that are under the PPG price, with this many people running the ship, there are bound to be some sour apples. The 90 day window thing wouldn't make a difference either, because even though the high price points were counted early, they still count as sales and should be tracked just like any other price point in PPG, at least in my opinion 😁

Welcome back joana, those glitter and glow boxes are definitely fun. That OG venom is a huge steal at that price, i hope you enjoy all the pancakes. I think you fairly distributed/revalued the pops. 90 days before con pops added would be a good idea. Another point for Joana. And seasonal Freddy’s 😂 (the corner Freddy changes are one of my fav things)

I have that Killers Eddie pop as well. It's super detailed and has a very nice glow. Even though I'm not really an Iron Maiden fan at all, it's still a super fun and Pop in my collection. I remember getting it at my local Hot Topic when I was on the hunt for a couple completely different pops but they had a buy two get one free deal at the time and I really didn't like any of the other pops that they had so I got it. I definitely don't regret picking it up.

We just have a regular blacklight flashlight from amazon they average between $12-$16.
