I'm 8.5 and I bought a presto olive color back in 2016 or 2015 I believe and I asked a person from nike what size I should get and they told a size 9 and after using it for 2 days I realize it was a bit big, there was a bit of space in shoe in the front that made it feel big or not my size, so I ended up giving it back the shoe to nike.
