It's possible that you are confused with those that of Lazada selling Fake replica that are made with Nylon plastic, the 'Gear" maybe metal but not the "Metal BearBox" the gear's housing and pump is just plastic. _I think this video is The Original T-G ARP-9 v3 looks like.

it is not a v3. V3 has silver metal trigger in the video you can see black nylon trigger and red nylon gearbox inside.
