You should bonus out KO’s in the white circle to encourage closer fighting that’s not against the rope.

I love how Barnett at the end said "that wasn't easy". Real talk man and good fight! Respect!
Burns had the energy, Barnett had the technical skill. Good fight.

Reckless energy. First 10 seconds of the fight you could see the calculation from Barnett and only a lucky punch was going to win it for Burns. None the less a good fight.

Clay burns is actually a professional boxer so he should have great footwork.
In my opinion, this was easily the most technical BKFC fight yet. Super impressed with both of these guys. Big futures in combat sports, big futures.
Great matchup! Definitely would like to see a rematch.

These are those rare fights where you see all heart for all 5 rounds going toe-to-toe I would almost call this a perfect match at least in bare-knuckle
Man what a scrap! Both guys throwing heavy hands. Thought no way that goes the distance. 💯BKFC!
I'm a Barnett fan but I was rooting for both of them the whole fight!!!
Good shit. Both fighters are impeccable.
Dude BKFC 12 Looks like it's gonna be lit. Had no idea they signed Alves and Lombard. Lombard vs Grove will be interesting considering How much taller Grove is but that Lombard has the power.

Yea decent boxers BKFC needs to pick up more of these guys
Correct call. Barnett deserved the win.Regardless of extra energy or heart Burns was swinging wild and missing too often while getting clipped too often on the way in and way out. And that was down to Barnett being technically superior. Better range of shots in the pocket too. Good scrap though
Got dayum, this fight was amazing. Great performances from both fighters.
Should have been draw, were one lacked the other exceeded in equal ways.

Good fight, It looks to me like Clay may have jammed his middle finger at 6:52, I see he wasn't using the left hand as much after that and it turned kind of pale. At 7:58 you see him shake it off.
Clay started sloppy. He needed to walk into the belly of the beast. Great fight. Reggie is nice.
Definitely want to see that again.
Great fight by both fighters!!!
07:10 hands on waist level make it easier to dodge back with a lower center of gravity. It also is a way of making your opponent think you're "wide open" and easy to get hit, but it's never that easy.

GOTTA LOVE CLAY BURNS PERSERVERENCE. GREAT FIGHT

Отличный бой, огромное спасибо
Casuals focus on the hands. The real difference in this fight is the footwork!! 🧐

Damn, what a good battle. How are these warriors not breaking their hands?
@oceandark3044

Actually a good question. I know this was probably a bit of a rhetorical question, but for anyone wondering... One of the answers is the wrap. The bones of their hands are held tightly together, which makes the whole hand assembly a lot more rigid. that keeps some of the more delicate bits from being injured and, unless you hurt a finger, you're at that point risking the larger, nastier bones of the hand made for contact (the entire reason your knuckle bones are so pronounced is that they are meant as natural defense implements). Also, if you watch the punches, you'll see they aren't thrown at the major points of resistance. If you punch someone square in the forehead, you're likely to break your own hand (that's a really strong bone). What they're trying to do is cause rotation in the head, which is what you want to do to cause an actual knockout, but it's also useful for causing the kinds of glancing blows that cause lacerations. This is an individual discipline, separate from gloved boxing, and throwing many gloved-style punches would do exactly what you'd expect them to. I know a lot is made about how much more 'brutal' bareknuckle boxing is because of the wounds that open on the face, but boxers tend to compete with 10 oz gloves (that's a little more than half a pound on each hand) and that weight is all in padding that allows them to drive their hand harder. So while the superficial injuries can certainly be more shocking in bareknuckle, that's not necessarily the case, and you have far fewer of the weighted impacts that cause more traumatic brain injuries. There's so much extra technique that was lost when the gloves went on, and it's nice to see bareknuckle boxing getting back to, if maybe occasionally uglier injuries, a higher potential level of technical boxing.
Wow that might have been better than knight and Artem.. I would have been happy with a tie but I’m not surprised about the outcome. Hopefully we see it again
Great fight. Great fighters!
Fantastic fight
Both of these men are amazing fighters.
great fight.....I saw a draw myself
Yes this was a great scrap..Mad respect for both fighters! People are really digging this bareknuckle sport.
