Just rosemary tea alone is great for your hair and scalp. Fresh rosemary sprigs 2 c distilled water. Boil the water. Take off the heat and throw in three or so twigs of rosemary and leave it there til the water is room temp or cooler. Pour into a spray bottle. Use it as your daily spritz. Concentrate on the scalp. I keep mine in the fridge. I don’t know anything about cloves or cinnamon. Just rosemary does wonders. When I started my sislocs that was the only thing I used in my hair until it locked. No oil. My hair did great with it

Okay great , thank you . For detangling, try Cantu moisturizing curl cream , I’ve been using that since 2019 , it’s actually for curls but it works for detangling, I’ve tried lots of store bought but that works for me . For DIY you can use flaxseed and Aloe vera gel

Beautiful hair. My natural hair has been at same lenght for about a year now, although I have a soft hair (gets hard when let down for more than a day) I am mostly on conrows. I think you have build up issues from accumulated products overtime , I suggest you clarify your hair with Bentonite Clay, ACV and water mix , then start oiling with light oils , 2-3 times weekly ( use grapeseed oils)
