I wouldn't have a problem IF the contestant could override the block, but then why even have it.

Same, it's up to the contestants who their mentor gets to be.

The last chap had the best voice. It showed he won. Incredible talent.

Coincidentally, in this topic, I like all the songs, thank you for putting these songs together in one fun collection.

I've always said it depends on your choice of Coach, some are better and are better teachers . And some contestants are very limited in their vocal range

Most of the coaching is done by other vocal coaches. The 4 celebrity coaches are only there for the camera shots

I enjoyed Hugo Marlo the most from those we've seen here. In general I prefer deep male voices, but he had something special in his voice that caught me 😊

hes almost more breathing than singing... dont get me wrong. Its not bad, but i don`t think its close to the original.

Oh wow… the first voice

I saw Craig Eddie's father, and immediately thought 'Glasgow.' Turns out he's from Falkirk, which isn't far off! My, I'm good for an American.. - No, really, that's actually good, 'for an American.' 😁 Emerson Alexander does have a wonderful tone, here is the first I remember seeing him, but I'm struck by how much he would be able to do with that tone, while manipulating a fully-relaxed mouth and soft upper palate.

I like them all, but what makes them unique?

I’d like to see an episode or even a format change where the camera doesn’t show the contestant until after the first chair turns. That way we could judge the voice in the same “ blind” manner that the judges do. … and maybe stop adding the audience screaming soundtrack to every opening verse, high note and soft ending, so we could actually hear the performance.

Stop the blocking of judges. Why have them there if they’re blocked. Unfair to contestants.

Hmmmm…. These were very odd auditions…some had great voices, but the wrong song choices…. Some were just not using their voices the way they were designed…. There were a couple that were really good!

Blocking is selfish. Does not give the contestant a chance to decide from all chairs that ate turned. Maybe that blocked coach was the right choice! This is to help singers. It's their contest. Not the judges'.

Unique yes, but good?

There hasn't been a truly unique voice since Sawyer Fredericks. The either all sound the same or just can't sing.
