Hi Arwa! JEWEL is actually a shopping mall within Changi Airport. And yes you are right that it is accessible to anyone, not just for flight travellers. It was envisioned for travellers in transit to, at least, have a taste of Singapore if they could not make time to visit the country. Also to make the vision of turning Singapore into a Garden City come true, which is why a lot of natural elements are incorporated into the architecture of JEWEL. Hope you had an enjoyable time when you were there! Love from 🇸🇬.
