I've seen so many of my friends sheds crop tops tho, I've worn one and so has my aunt and mom. Definitely not U.S unless there is a specific part of U.S that I don't know of that it's banned in
Mine is the opposite with me having to wear a backpack. Where in the U.S are backpacks banned 🧐?? And boots is not everywhere considering I've worn them so much to school and never got in trouble unless I was in gym where I had to wear gym shoes
