Please this beautiful lady needs to see a dermatologist asap.. I am seeing some nodules on her face which can become cancerous (God forbid) if not treated quickly. She also needs to use sunscreen at least SPF50 and stay out of the sun + use a hat and long sleeves to prevent additional freckles and protect from skin cancer. She is so beautiful...

To me it looks like she has rosacea, but she does need to see a dermatologist in case those lesions are pre- cancerous. She is an albino so her skin has no melanin and no protection from the sun.

Il faut soigner les allergies cutanées d’ abord 😊 Par endroits, c’ est plus compliqué encore, un dermatologue doit être consulté au plus vite. Attention aux produits cosmétiques à bannir dans ce cas, éviction totale. Il faut trouver aussi le bon démaquillage, non agressif et qui « brûle » ou fait rougir la peau. Une peau est belle quand elle est propre de toute impureté « chimique » et quand elle est hydratée, et nourrit.

If I had to guess it looks like some degree of albinism. It's genetic, but if she takes care of her skin she should be able to go about a very normal life looking and feeling great. She needs to be extra careful with sun exposure and should see a dermatologist frequently to catch any issues before they become problems. She's very pretty. Hopefully she knows that and is enjoying life to its fullest.
