He was really lucky that Adobe allowed him to join on Day 1 CPT. Nowadays, the top companies have completely stopped hiring if you're on Day 1 CPT. Everyday, you have to pray that your current company doesn't fire you

Yeah, I think overall it is much easier to convince if you are already working in the company and have a good relationship with your manager.

I am leaving this country for good after working for almost 5 years on H-1B with one year to spare. Enough of the fear and trauma. We don't know what we make of ourselves to live such an indignified life. That's too much of an unseen price to pay to get a few dollars. Not worth it.

Hello, I already have a master's in Supply chain management from Germany but I want to pursue a second master's in Business Analytics in the USA. Will having a master's and going for a second master's in the States be a problem for the F1 Visa?

As long as you can justify and explain the reason for it, you will be fine. Legally its totally normal.
