Wanted to comment and thank you. I’ve watched several of your videos to help me prepare for my move out the country. You have been a sound mind that has helped me get a realistic view on what the move will be like.

My goodness this information makes me wanna get out of high cost Miami and head to Merida.
Good luck! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for searching these awesome deals! Amazing.
People need to understand one thing. In countries where there is no concept of a mortgage, real estate is cheap. There is no better example of the effect on prices when you inflate the money supply.
Thank u brother I’ll be tapping in with you

Cartess, I've enjoyed watching your videos for years. I'll be coming to Merida next year and I would love to speak with you about possible tours that you offer. I'd love to get a first hand perspective from you in terms of things to do when I get to Merida. I'd love doing an interview with you as well if you're interested!

It says two bedrooms with space for a closet. The master bedroom has access to the bathroom, for the first home. The other stuff was mentioned in the video.

Cartess, Thank you for putting out this informational video! I love these incredibly low cost home prices. In Merida how much do the old houses that have character, but need to be fixed up go for? The little mansion’s, surrounded by stone or brick walls! I would love to find a home that has CHARACTER and CHARM… Is it likely to find cheap or inexpensive home prices in Guadalajara area? I also like Puebla, and Oaxaca City. 😊👌
Great content!!! Thanks for taking the time to show other options for housing. It looks like the key is to possibly stay outside of the city to get great deals. To your knowledge is financing available for the homes .. especially for people who are not residents of MX?
@MoveAbroadandThrive

U can find deals within the perimeter if you're willing to live in other others outside of Centro or the 'North'. You'll typically need to have your own financing worked out.
Amazing 😀

Man I keep on not wanting to refinance my house back in Huntsville bc of my 2.5% interest rate, but seems like I’m going to have to cash in on about $90k bc that second house I want!!

@HM3Corpsman: You can consider getting a HELOC and work towards paying in down. Sometimes they have interest only for a number of years. Either way, do the math carefully before you pull the trigger.
Thank you for sharing this video. Do you know if you’re able to purchase home without being a resident?

People can live great if they stop spending and consuming. Constantly eating, will keep people broke no matter what they earn. Food is the detriment of black people. So, they will always have difficulty. Even if they don't pay rent or mortgage, they will spend their money on food. And it becomes a vicious cycle, because then they consume the bad foods, they usually need healthcare no matter what age they are. .
Most people dont need a big house. I just dont get it. More to heat or cool or clean or pay taxes on and if most people are the only use 10% of the houses that they currently live in but they are paying for 100% of the house. What are they doing with all this extra square footage why do you need an extra thousand square feet? What the heck are you doing? Are you playing football or running around? I think it is absolutely ridiculous. These houses seem to be an amazing option for someone who actually is practical and realizes that they don't need a huge house. The only reason you want a big house is to impress people you don't like and who don't like you
Only drawback about Yucatan is the intense heat April thru October. And the mosquitoes. And cockroaches. But being a very conservative Christian/Catholic it's worth trying to accimate. Learn espanol. Your welcome.

Long as there are no RATS
The condominium and houses look great; however, you can't drink the water. I would not trust swimming in the swimming pool or showering in case water entered into my mouth. Most importantly, you can not flush toilet paper in the toilet! You wipe and put the paper in the trash ????🤮🤢 If I could get past those issues, I would be on the next smoking 🚬
