I think it's not a good idea at the moment. They must train their grip smart and progressively for the upcoming ASC in less than 11 weeks.

I'm glad you guys showed this. I got a rolling grip handle last year and I was wondering how my grip was compared to the big dogs! I can lift 57.6kg and then after that its glued to the floor. I train alone so this is good. Now I have some numbers for comparison. Thanks guys and good luck.

But turns up an hour late, spends 20 minutes making sure everything is lined up in the exact way, then another 20 minutes chalking his hands, putting layer after layer on, then changes his t shirt because all that chalkin has made him sweat, then finally, after the guys have left for food and the cleaner has fallen asleep, Brian does them all 😅

That is Oliver Storgaard. Yes he is. I reckon Tom is about 6,7 barefoot. Thor is 6,8 barefoot. Oliver is a solid 6,9 barefoot maybe even 6,10. Notice that Oliver walks around in socks while everyone is wearing shoes.

Tom is 6ft 8 Thor is 6ft. 9 and Oliver is 6ft 10 according to there own stats I've seen Tom being measured and he was 6ft 8 1/4 in socks

I hear so many people at the gym talking about how grip strength is so easy to maintain and to work up the strength until I show them you guys working on it. Once they see you guys doing it, they then back peddle and realize how hard it truly is. You 3 are inspiring others to work on their grip strength. You guys have brought them back down to earth!! 😂😅

You gota realize that hand size plays a huge role in majority of grip equipment, even if u output the same amount of force of a guy with huge hands you cant even compete in majority of this stuf.

Im icelandic, i am team thor all the way, i love Luke and tom next and Licis. But i think thor has done so fkn much that my belief is Thor has been the strongest human since records began he is smack bang in the middle in a sort of "goldie lock zone for a human to have the abiltity to become the stongest a human can get so far kove Shaw he's there next to him no two ways about it but how easy that 501 was so impressive that in my mind he is how a top tier strongman should be, but since he has nothing to prove that i kinda hate to say i want Tom to win, so young and good lad always smiling whit his beast of a big brother got his back to the max there is a good storie there in their midst they're so bloody wholesome its nuts😂 i might be a tad biased but thor is a once in xxx x?? The giants in goldie lock lane are a few like the new american guy with stash, i forget names, zidunas ofcorse has records to show but I believe thor is .1 point above the others, tom is on his way to be the new guy like that and it couldn't happen to a greater guy IMHO. Maybe thor isn't even done and we'll see which is awesome ❤

Not entirley sure, but I think he's right handed. It's been said my many that your opposite hand to your favored is sometimes better at gripping. It may be that your favored hand is used more and burns out faster. Sure seem a pinch grip suffers on the off-hand more though.

With the holding for time contest, Thor’s weight was wedged against his leg! Sorry but Tom’s wasn’t near his leg. DQ in my books! (not to take anything away from Thor, he’s one of the best to ever do it but go rewatch it on both his lifts). If I hold my daughter away from my body even a millimetre compared to when shes against me this makes a BIG difference. Just my opinion!

And it’s odd how Tom beat him at all the single lifts but not the timed lift where he lost convincingly. These small things make a big difference in Stong man! Don’t worry Tom, you’ve got him!

Thor cheated once again if you watch he's holding the wheel against his leg which prevents it from spinning which is what makes it a challenge you should have to hold it away from your body.

Luke needs accutane to get rid of that steroid induced acne on shoulders......
