Unbelievable Fishing - Angling Paradise On The River Wye (Incredible River Barbel)

So, myself and a friend have been talking for a while now about going on a trip to the river Wye. It's been a bit of a dream of ours to catch a wild river barbel, they really are an incredible species and this video is all about the trip we both took this autum to the Herefordshire countryside in pursuit of these superb fish. Great fishing, probably a sea trout that's been in the river a few weeks.

Aaahh diddums. He's walking about on a river and you can't move a finger to a volume but tton. I bet you don't even own. A rod

Great video. Fished the wye a few times its a stunning river and the fishing can be excellent at times but it's suffering this season with low water etc. Hope to see more river fishing you lads looked like you have the bug now 👍.

Well shot video. But I ever understand why people attach indicators to the line when fishing fast flowing rivers for Barbel and Chub.

Hi mate . I've never been to the wye a d I live in South Wales. I'm itching to try it after watching your video . Ca you give me any poi ters to where I can look to book. Amd some of the things you've had to research . I haven't got a scooby where to start with location.

Take a look an Angling Dreams. They aren’t cheap but they have some lovely quiet stretches. Highly recommended.
