Unbelievable Discovery! This Abandoned Mansion Is Worth Millions & They Left Everything Behind!
Ойын-сауық
In this weeks video i explore one if the most incredible abandoned mansions ive ever filmed for my channel.. it was an incredible home with absolutely everything left behind inc food, cloths and even cars! The thing that really got me was the fact there were so many happy photos around the house, with what looked like family in most of them… but why hasn’t anyone been back here to save or claim anything?.. its like they just disappeared and never returned?…. Like a real life apocalypse.. the house is slowing falling into disrepair and needs saving as soon as possible! Let’s hope one day someone can do just that! Hope you enjoy this weeks video guys 🙂

Such a beautiful place why do such fantastic properties just left to rot away, such a shame.
What a beautiful home. I hope someone saves it.
When you see photos of the family and friends amidst the desolate rooms frozen in time, you can visualise them chatting and laughing in the distance……….its really rather nice
Hi Colin!! As your video reveals, the owners of this superb property (wooded estate with pond, castle, chapel, outbuildings) and its rich contents (equipment, furniture) had financial means well above the average but also a book of very flattering addresses: at 4:44 p.m., the photo represents the owner of the place standing between two seated guests, one of whom with a red tie is ...The second prime minister, after Jacques Chirac, chosen by President Valery Giscard D'estaing during his mandate (1974/1981): RAYMOND BARRE Very beautiful people really!! Congratulations for this exclusive sharing!!

Well spotted.
Colin, we appreciate all the work you go to to bring us these videos, but lately, you're rushing through and not showing the items in the house and whipping through the rooms & corridors like it's a race. Could you please slow down, like you used to do? The videos are over way too quickly anymore.

I agree, it all seems very rushed which is a shame as I would love to see more items in such a beautiful property.

That’s an amazing home. I know it was quite beautiful back in the day. It’s sad to see it decay so badly. Those cars still look great. This is a very good video, thank you for sharing this with us.
The first bit must be groundsman house or similar. Wow that ceiling is like a Pharaoh's tomb. Oh my days stunning luxury. Strange how ceiling collapsed in kitchen so quickly. The French almost always wallpaper the doors. The house is so fabulous thankyou. 🎉

Propably got leak in bathroom upstairs. There wasn't any other water damage, attleast I didn't notice.
It's sad to see something so beautiful go to waste. It makes you wonder what happened to the family. The antique furniture and the like are worth thousands upon thousands of dollars.
I absolutely loved the Mansion! Thank you for taking us through it❤
I would imagine that the lift was installed for someone who used a wheelchair or had mobility problems. Great find Colin. 💕
What a lush building ! Such a waste . Thanks 👍 for this video
That place was awesome thanks I enjoyed watching
Love that house and property ❤
What an incredible find! Stunning!
Nice explore Colin. Always sad to see when properties like this get left abandoned. You hope that any surviving relatives would claim it.
What an amazing place. Think this is one of your best to date 👍
This mansion is beautiful, and can imagine it all looking pristine when it was first built/moved into. Thank you Colin for a fantastic explore 😃👌🌈
Wow, nice art details in the house. Thank you for the tour. God bless 🙏 ❤
Beautiful home. Amazing find. That fridge 🤢 very brave of you to delve in for a date.
Absolutely magical! Simply Grand!!
Great video thanks, i was thinking you'll walk into a bedroom and find them decomposed in a bed.
That was a wonderful find, I wouldn't like a bath in my bedroom. I don't see the point! Stuch a shame its not being saved.
What a stunning Location, Colin. Can't believe that so much has been left behind. What a find.
So much stuff inside Colin you wonder why nobody comes and takes it away ,
She's a real beauty Colin. Wow!,A true Time Capsule indeed. Incredible.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wow!!! What a great video
Absolutely fantastic ❤
Love this house one of the best you've found.
Absolutely enchanting Thanku for sharing it..
Not a criticism, but I do always have to smile when you explorers, you all do it, look at overgrowth and assume a place has been abandoned for years. As someone living in an old French farmhouse with a bit of land, I can tell you that nature takes control really quickly. If we take our eyes off part of the property for a short while, it's seriously overgrown, it is a lot of work. Same goes for spider's webs in the house. Take your eye off the ball for a while and you're likely to have festoons of them. I do enjoy the tours and you have to be the nicest english guy I've seen ❤️
Hi Colin. Hope your doing good. That video blew me away. You hit it out of the park on this video. I loved all of those fireplaces. I loved the staircase too. One awesome video. Stay safe and take care.
Wow spectacular explore ❤I’ve just subscribed! Loved it !
Thank you so much beautiful.
Hiya Colin. What an amazing place. Love these videos mate. Thankyou.
Thank you so much for sharing. I do enjoy the way you show these places. God bless you and thank you so much again.
Hello hello, I have some videos of yours, and I see that you have a lot of courage in coming in and filming. And very cool spaces.
Did you count how many bedrooms there was? Such a beautiful place
An incredible house and it's always wonderful to hear that absolute joy in your voice when you find something special 💖 The lifts are wheelchair accessible just, as am ambulatory wheelchair user however, they are flippin Tight for space! My father looked at installing one once and nearly fainted from the shock. They were quoted £12-£15k to install one in a dormer bungalow!! Even though I'm quite experienced in my own disability related costs, I still think the engineer was taking the piss. It would have been incredibly helpful but so too was moving to a way more suitable place 😂
Eu fiquei impressionada com seu achado
Hi Colin what amazing property great explore mate 😊
Wow 😧😧 that place is incredible little modern updates and still had some old original charm that place must be very very old
Incrwdably beautiful and such a waste .love the wallpapers and fireplaces. 👍❤️🇺🇸
Greetings from a loyal fan in the U.S. another great explore. Hope Lily is doing well.
Hi Colin I have to agree with you this is one your best finds. What an amazing house and grounds you have showed us.Yet again where are any family members who could come and sort the house and belongings before they all get ruined. The value alone would be vast, but some of those things looked to be real collector items. Your amazement and enthusiasm came across again Colin in your commentary, you are going to find it hard to beat this one.But give it ago and show us all next week.Take care.😃
Amazing find ❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧
Breath taking
Love love love your Chanel watch your videos everyday Wish they was longer Would love to explore one with you one day 😊
Properties like these are often second Pied de Terre of wealthy families. I once rented a bungalow at the Algarve coast where the mansion next door hadn't been used for years, as the cleaning maid told us who had also been in charge of the mansion.
in the main house, you found that tiny bedroom off the living room. couple that with the lift and I'd say maybe the dad/granddad (mum/grandmother) was unable to walk easily so slept downstairs but had the lift to get upstairs either to begin with or just so (s)he could get up there and then later they stayed down in that tiny bedroom. in the on-suite upstairs there was a zimmer frame kind of wrapped around side that table
Hi Colin very good find and explore such a great place such a shame but great to see it untouched 👍
Wow 😮 Stunning property, amazes me how it’s just left. Love the chateau’s. Beautiful, thanks Collin x
Colin this place is amazing. I hope someone gets this house and restore it. Great video! Love you and stay safe.
That was something else, slow down though Colin so we can have a good look around x

Show us the wardrobe it is massively gorgeous...
Beautiful house
I agree lovey that place is amazing, the rooms are very spacious, but the things left , it’s sad that family or friends never attempt to clear treasured memories 😊

Given that it was 2018/19, it's possible that they were trying to sort it out, but if they hadn't gotten far by 2020, it's possible covid put a stop to anything they were doing. And now the family isn't in a position to do anything.
Amazing mansion, and excluding that kitchen, looks to be in decent condition. Could fully restored. That chapel was also amazing, would never believe it was there.
Absolutely breathtaking this place. Thank you for sharing your experience
What a beautiful house can you imagine living there chilling out in the garden in the summer evenings love your channel ✨
Oh wow, this house was absolutely beautiful, another wonderful video Colin,🥰
I'm sure that was nessie on holiday in the lake😂😂
Amazing explore Colin as always, what a beautiful home it must have been when it was lived in. 😊
Beautiful home 🥰 thanks for taking us around ☺️
Hi there Colin ! What a stunniningly beautiful home ! My oh my!!! You mentioned that the family were last there in 2018 ??? That's approx 6yrs😯 You just wouldn't believe how quickly a home deteriorates🤦♀️ French homes built @ that time are truly magnificent. The decor that matches it equally magnificent. Just absolutely love this video and ALL YOUR VIDEOS. You really ARE A TRUE PRO, Colin🥇🏆👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Thankyou for ALL what you do, especially the risks involved in doing Exploring in order to keep us all entertained!!! We LOVE WHAT YOU DO BUT KEEP SAFE & WELL ALWAYS:-)
Excellent video
Amazing video, thanks. It's very strange, like the Marie Celeste - how everything has remained untouched. Have you managed to research the history of the place and what became of the inhabitants?
Oh wow! Thankyou x
Absolutely loved it,so sad though to see the stunning bedrooms just basically forgotten about.
Hi Colin, Just found your site and seen a few of your visits. The thing here I loved was the chapel ceiling, wow how long and difficult would that have been/ taken to paint, but what blew me away about it, was the bold blue and gold central section, that was a monthly moon cycle , truly spectacular because that and the animal symbols in circles on the walls were not directly Christian imagery, almost pagan. Another observation was all the ceramic ducks they had on the tables, it looks to me like they were hunting enthusiasts, which that kind of class often were. Can I ask you to slow down a bit on some of the interesting pieces, wood , ceramics, lights, metalwork, fabrics. As a craftsman they are invaluable design inspiration. I know you focus on architectural detail which is amazing. The beams in the house roof were massive and awesome. Thanks for your efforts.
The house is absolutely beautiful❤ I'm amazed..
With it being in France it will be bound by the inheritance law which is mind blowing. If the person dies they have to leave it to the partner and the children by law. What normally happens is then the children want to sell it and the partner of the deceased doesn't and it goes to court… this can take years and years and as it goes through the house falls I to disappear and the children then don't want it and they leave it abandoned as unfortunately the younger French people don't like older homes. I've seen it loads over in France near to my inlaws house. Also to add with the fire extinguisher and the floor plan on the door could this have been a care home?
@weatherwitchandfelinefamiliars

Regarding the floor plan and fire extinguisher. In the UK if you employ a PA/Carer yourself you must have these in place. I used to employ a PA directly and fire estinguisher and I think smoke and co2 detectors were required by law. The floor plan there made sense given the huge size and confusing layout, in my cottage we had a plan in the care folder and marked escape routes for an emergency in that. So it could be for employed carers or like a care agency as I have now, similar regs but not as strict. If you need a carer at night the nearby bedrooms are perfect. Great set up for that.

Often the children have the full inheritance rights over the wife unless a special provision has been made. She may have the right to live out her life at the property if arranged prior. You are right about it often taking years to sort out though. Had that happen when buying our farmhouse, the children couldn't agree on the sale.
Use to be grand mansion . Nice find
This would take a lot of money to fix / renovate
That’s one beautiful home thank you for sharing 😊
Juste wow
Only wish you would make these videos longer ❤🙏🏽🌎🌍

This place is amazing, you should search the land registry and see if you can find out who owned it. This places needs saving.
