Ertugral is the only coach who ever mastered the craft of getting the young once to full potential hence Da Cruz's credentials support his capability to get the best out of them. They are investment for the team monetary or in terms of team stability.

Why can’t we loan these boys. Because we want trophies now. No time to develop young players

We are too quick to promote yet , we are failling to sign players ... Who is going to guide and mentor these youngsters on the field as we no longer have senior players on the field. Management says that they want to rectify mistakes but they are just sitting and doing nothing to acquire outside talent . They doing the same mistake by taking things for granted.. Management must know that the technical team will not be playing on the field ..we need players ... Other teams are acquiring players ...we busy awaiting to announce a new coach of which is already known by supporters ...whats the point ... Yaa Management ye Chiefs is so relaxed ne! ...And when we fail to achieve again then they will not be accepting their mistakes ...
