I've been getting some comments about seeing these gels on top of a different base. I used the black gel as that's what comes in the set, but these gels also have a dark grey base, so they'll likely only look good on top of deeper base shades (in my opinion). It can be so hard to get the right shine all over the nail. What techniques do you use with your magnet. I myself had to practice, and I just had to say thanks for sharing how you do it!

I have this kit, I just purchased 2 cat eye polishes from yokefellow too. They are all very beautiful with so many color shifts. Right now I have on a peachy nude with rainbow cats eye over it. I'll be doing a fiber gel fill and reshape balance and green design this time, I'm going to use jelly colors from young nails. Love the video! Beautiful nails! ❤

Right! So, I layered a couple when i first got them and they layer well. I just wasn’t into how it looked colour-wise, but finish-wise, they self-level very well. For sure! I’ll post a design or two using these soon ✨ Thank you for watching 🫶🏾

I've actually got a few different cat eye gel polish sets... One of my favorites is a neon cat eye by this same brand they also have one that's supposed to be cat eye/reflective glitter and I really like that one as well they are both 12 piece sets you just need your own black gel for underneath

I also like the adult coloring books and they have a bunch of really cool ones I'm currently looking at the black felt pictures that you color.. but they include like 4 marker's and you don't see them on the shelves as much anymore.. so I'm thinking about getting a mandala or skull poster to color 🤣..

I posted a short and a longer video showing these against a light pink base. They still show up really well, but these polishes do have a dark grey base so I prefer to use them against darker colours

Is the 7th video and my gels don’t move like this. I followed all the steps one by one and nothing and even the ones that came with it. I was ready to square up… lmao I might have been scammed with this “cat eye gels”.

Yeah, it’s not great unfortunately. I use any of the other black polishes in my collection, I have one from DND, Madam Glam and Kiara Sky. Any of those would work well 🙌🏾

Do you need to cure the 1st colour before putting on on the second?

Yes, I'd highly recommend curing each coat of gel seperately

If you mean the plain metal, rectangular magnet, it comes with the kit x

I tried to use the magnet and the color disappeared pretty much so I need to learn how to use a magnet so mine will look this good.

Yes these are gel polishes that need curing in a uv/led lamp

I live in South Africa and I can't get magnets that are strong enough here... I wish I had the one you have in this video, the one that's completely silver...😢
