Totally. Missed seeing the dimension of flair and direct approach he adds to the team and his great understanding with Florian Witz is a joy to watch. With Victor Boniface Leverkusen are even harder to predict. Hope he enjoys his remainder of the season.

I can only imagine, how to be a Bayer fan right now. Just one step from the winning national cup against bottom team of 2nd Bundesliga and very close to end Bayern domination in championat. All of that with amazing streak without lose, plus very attractive attacking football. Just wow!

You can tell they all have fun playing with each other. This is a special team that I hope can stay together for another year or two.

This Leverkusen reminds me of the one of 2002 with Ballack, Lucio and co.

The handball stopped the ball going out of bounds for a goalkick and directed to shot back towards goal. Stupid penalty decision

Giving a ball going out for a goal kick turn into Corner as a Penalty is crazy. The rules must change. Never a Hand ball.

Wirtz is really expensive now. Or you mean transfers that were done current season? Cause Wirtz, Schick and Frimpong were already at Leverkusen last Season. The important ones that came this season are Boniface, Xhaka and of course Grimaldo.

Penalty was a joke. The header is going out of bounds off Schick and the defender has no idea what is happening. The defender actually makes it more of a chance In the end and gives the ball back to Bayer when it should have been a goal kick. it didn't affect the outcome, but I would hate to see the scenario where it does. And I take it back, I have no idea what the over under was or if that extra goal made a difference within the gambling community. It was a terrible call.
