Being a subscriber of Claptrap & believing in the standards of professionalism, I ended up visiting Mr. Abhishek’s Sigma furniture store today around 5.30pm along with my family to finalise some furniture but it was really a disastrous experience. I hope & wish Abhishek is able to keep his cellphone aside & attend the customer just for 10mins if possible 🙏

I don't understand one thing.. I called up the Bangalore number.. the person who picked up has such a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.. this is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience with a store featured in Clap Trap.. good videos yes.. but ultimately not customer centric.. all the customer friendly talk is only for the video.. here in Bangalore there is an addition of 10k to the cost..operating expenses it seems.. when enquired about it.. they said you can ask from Delhi directly and pay the transportation cost.. I guess they have too much orders.. so that's why they have lost respect for their customers..

Hello sir the transport cost from delhi to Bangalore for a container is 98000 so thats why there is price increase in the articles and alot of other expenses as well so please connect with any of our branch will surely guide u for the best

@Neha A Hi Neha, thanks for the response. With my years of experience, I do understand how a product has to be priced and the margin that a business needs to keep to maintain profitability. No body in their right mind can deny it. An operating cost of 10k extra does not make sense to me, but that is your call. The way that information was given to me was what I had a problem with. The link for Instagram that you sent does not have any prices mentioned. Sending across an insta page does not make it a good customer service practice. It is a bare minimum. Also, the prices are not mentioned on the Instagram page. I had called looking at the energy level of the owner of the business, but unfortunately, I did not feel the same enthusiasm in my interaction at the Bangalore branch. Anyways, you have lost me as a customer. I have already booked a sofa from wakefit.

I had a same kind of experience in Delhi showroom ...it seemed they were not interested in selling anything...very rightly said the "take it or leave it attitude." ...the showroom was not crowded , so it was not that they were busy ....they simply didn't give a damn . I saw this video and was very eager to go there , and I really liked a sofa ....but the attitude really put me off. I met the same gentleman ...it seemed I was meeting a very different person all together ...this friendly and energetic person was not the same person I met .....I believe ...he was off his game ....or was not simply interested... A very disappointing experience

Seller can say 100 words to boast but in reality frame, foam, cushion and stiching n look n feel are very important along with price. When something is good then discuss on meterial and in-house factory or he is buying it from somewhere wherein he don't have any control on quality. Many things in detail r missing.
