His bonus for a job well done was a more than healthy ROI on the Real union/Vsport deal. Swiftly followed by a contract extension. He has total control at Villa alongside the full support and financial firepower NSWE graciously provide. totally agree here. I said it here and many other places too, I think he might become our Ferguson. Just for the right team.

His pride in himself, the players, the fans....his unswerving dedication...his ambition...but above all his dignity is what makes UE one of the best managers in the game. And he's ours. Build the statue now, I'll chip in.

Last year it was everyone on De Zerbis dick this year it’s Big Ange when in reality it was Emery both years. Villa get very little credit in the media were the only English club left in Europe too all I’ve heard is how everyone failed lol not well done Villa. We lost to Spurs in the league and then was written off by everyone straight away then we have flipped the script and don’t get a mention lol people are scared that’s why all these traditional big six fans are running scared and I love it 💜💙

Never in any doubt Luke, all the pundits talking bs about him ‘going to a bigger club’ never understood the half of it. He’s been there already, managed two of the world’s ‘biggest’ clubs. But he chose us as his project for much deeper reasons that money or the size of our fan base. The relationship he has with the fans, owners, sporting director, back room staff, players etc is possibly the most harmonious relationship in football today. It would make zero sense to throw that away because Bayern or Liverpool or Utd (lol) flutter their eyelashes. Long May it continue
