Un emozionante viaggio indietro nel tempo tra le vie dell'antico borgo medievale di Arrone a pochi chilometri dalla Cascata delle Marmore e da Terni.
Peculiarità del presepe di Arrone è l'ambiente medioevale ed unico in cui si snodano le varie scene, il Castello è infatti un'antica rocca che porta intatto il sapore del tempo passato con i suoi vicoli, le case in pietra, le vecchie mura, la chiesina di età romanica, con affreschi restaurati di recente della metà del quattrocento e, infine, la torre cinquecentesca che dall'alto dei suoi 17 metri domina tutta la vallata della bassa valnerina. L'ingresso per il presepe coincide con l'antico arco in pietra che chiudeva la cinta muraria. Nella zona della torretta d'avvistamento antistante l'arco, un primo punto di ristoro dove numerose donne, in abiti arabi, preparano gustosissime pizzole dolci o salate e i visitatori hanno l'opportunità di scaldarsi e di prepararsi alla salita che porta al successivo arco, dove due guardie romane bloccano il passo per permettere un ingresso guidato all'interno del castello.
