There are so many things that could've gone wrong like the umbrellas being upsidedown, the letters placed in the wrong order, literally everything. Props to you for pulling it off! 👌🏻👌🏻

That's the point of choreography and practice lol. Each individual knows which letter they have, and umbrellas only have a notch in one direction when it unlatches so you just remember which way the notch is relative to the letter and know where to face the notch to get the letter upright 👍 Not knocking the choreography, still very impressive and undoubtedly took much practice!
