My step dad introuduced me to this in 2017, when I had my Windows XP desktop, and I used it in a couple animations, man Listening to this in 2024 makes me remember 2017 like it was yesterday even though It's been 7 years already!

This song reminds me memories from 1994, Junaid Mumtaz, FM 100 Pakistan, 10pm to 12am two hours program. He often onaired this song. Memories from 80s and 90s are so precious to me.

@@nsehashch16 ... May be you are right but as I recall my memory I was interestingly listening to the radio the year was 1994-95. In 1996 my interests were moved to the computer, lan, wan, dialup modem, internet, software CDs etc.

I remember it being played on swedish radio all summer, but when I returned to the Netherlands I never encountered it. (Another track played a lot that summer was Goldmine - Mic Love, but that turns out to be swedish, thus less surprising it wasn't played "at home", although it could've been international...)

I was 5 and hitting on the ice cream girl in the hotel lobby at a resort with this tune leading the way in summer 1996. Brilliant execution, it complements the original. Almost like a companion piece. Wonder how it came about to exist and how the hell they managed to clear the sample.

i had a mixtape years ago that had this track on but without the guy singing. had all the other vocal samples though (spanish or whatever it is), always wanted that version but cannot find it anywhere :( searched for instrumentals. everything, please help
