@@whodoyoutrust3605 Actually it makesperfect sense, you've got to remember the reasons why they went to the future and the fact that it was supposed to be a stealth mission. Unfortunatley, because Suesan went rougue, the whole mission fell apart where she was the essentual part of the mission. Yes, it wouldn't have undone all that had happened, but it would have severed future Ultron's influence on the present, which would have actually given them a fighting chance.

You know what I love about Rob's channel? He helps me fall asleep, and I learn about superheroes. His deeply soothing narrative voice wraps me in a blanket made from hero facts intertwined with lore. The best part is that I can watch multiple times because I always end up passing out halfway through his videos sometimes. Then I have crazy superhero dreams. Thanks Rob!

I doubt a movie really could have done this storyline justice, even if they tried. Honestly, I think series are a much better medium for comics. This story has so many things going on at once that it'd be incredibly messy and shallow to try and include it all.

Time travel is one of those thing that can ruin a really good concept, and it did it in aces and spades here. It made a story that felt far less focused on Ultron and the superheroes struggling to survive and even maybe defeat him. It focused instead on extremely convoluted and nonsensical butterfly effects that had no real connection to what happened in the first half of the comic series. A real shame.

This was the issue. I found Rob. I remember it like it was yesterday, I had just watched the MCU's Age of Ultron, and I was never a faithful comic reader, but I was hungry for more info about this story. And I found Comics Explained.... I've listened to every episose, not just the Ultron story since then and I'm still here.

Wow, this is crazy. This makes the rage of ultron make so much sense now. Just not the part where you know he merges with ultron and all. But it makes sense how he can just "turn them off."

They fast,they smart,designed to repel 100 tons in body and strength feat wise,lastly they in the moment can do what ironman must invent and prep to do. Magnetic force field. Decoy (light or body). Stealth mode. Sound or light attack. Non metal weaponry ...

I've been a fan on Rob for years like when he had 20K subscribers. This is one of his best stories yet. I love wolverine stories. I know 80% of what I know about comics through Rob. Keep up the great work. Your a Legend dude

Everything Thor saw in his vision was centred around the age of Ultron comics during the entire run. The Avengers in the MCU movie avoided that future. Remember his words from the movie regarding said vision and around what it was centered. The mind stone. Also the fact that the team was instructed not to leave any ultron bots alive.

Man I just recently read this story for the first time and I liked it so much! Rob, your channel got me back into comics with how you help make everything make a little more sense with your videos. Appreciate everything you do!

I like how they make wolverines healing power lame one moment, and then super effective in other panels just shortly after. 5 days for his lower leg to heal? Pfft...too slow even for him.

This definitely needs a revisit after What If. I'd love Rob to get into this story while still running off the high from episode 8.

spoilers but. .. the entire aspect of all the original characters dying actually is mind blowing. There is a time line where Ultron is just chilling tf out. I WANT TO SEE MORE OF THIS TIME LINE.

Rob, these videos are amazing. I'm on a conquest to watch all of your videos. Is there any chance that we'll get a comic book based chronological order to your videos? (As in order that they came out so one could sit down and watch the story of all these characters as they were originally written at that time.) It seems as if you bounce around a lot, which I'm not complaining about, I just don't have the knowledge of these characters to know when something took place and why something is now different.

The supposed "Age of Ultron" film was more like "Weekend Ultron Threw A Tantrum." It didn't do this epic storyline even the least bit of justice. . Thank you for making this long compilation of your past videos and the Batman one. My Pitbull passed away the other day, who was like a best friend to me for 10 years, and your videos have really helped to take my mind off things.
