This video provides an overview of how minaturised ultrasonic surgical devices developed in this project in University of Glasgow were collaboratively studied with the ‪@universityofleeds‬. The purpose of this was to integrate these devices on the flexible EndoWrist of a surgical robot. This would contribute towards revolutionising robotic surgical procedures by exploiting benefits of tissue selectivity of ultrasonic devices with high precision movement and minimally invasive feature of surgical robots.
