dude at 4.40 minutes into your video you made a statement "if defect means it will come both side, if it comes on one side only means no defect" . Please correct this statement, because if its a highly misoriented planar defect u can see it only from one side and not from both the sides..It also depends if the beam is specular to the defect orientation...So the bottom line is the orientation of the planar flaw will decide if u see it from one side or both the sides...

Sir, why you didn't put the 9 mm (For the index point) in the (x-offset) for the device and then you can measure from the front face of the probe ?

You didn't calibrate probes before start job.

This is not a defect This back wall reflection Check your probe true angle If probe true angle less than 70deg the depth was low to the reflection
