@dino312989 While I'm not 100% certain, if I remember correctly, Ligatron is the result of an alien presence merging with a spacecraft and altering its form to become a "living" body. That's why Tiga has such a hard time damaging it (because of its metal structure), and why you see Ligatron in such duress around the 6:00 mark, because the souls of the astronauts from the spacecraft started attacking him from the inside, weakening him to the point that Tiga could finish him off.

This is my first ultraman fight I ever seen

So what was happening near the end of this clip, exactly, when the distorted images of people were appearing? Couldn't follow that part. Otherwise, very cool fight, very well-choreographed. Is it me, or is Tiga rather quiet as Ultras go? I can hardly hear him during the fight.

spoilare alert: Ligatron absorbed a scientist and his compatriots. They're flashing memories of photos to the people who are still inside the monster so that they'll fight Ligatron from whithin.

tiga always use his ''strong form'' instead of ''speed form''.. this makes why his power runs out faster... compare to ultraman cosmos or ultraman gaia, tey use their power wisely n not run out energy faster...

Sorry im late 9 years to answer this, but for me maybe it is his favorite form:) good to say he is more of powering up his strength rather than his speed to beat the enemy. In other side, yes its too rare to see Tiga using Sky Type.

I have some of the tiga dvd's from hongkong and it's very good! :)

LOL this is where i learned how to fight and got beat up in elementary school XD

Haha i started university this year but I still have toy models of those planes.
