[ULTRAKILL] Insurrectionist combo

1. Shoot cannonball to stun.
2. Walk into cannonball and parry stack shotgun and cannonball. You need to be inside the cannonball to parry both. The insurrectionist needs to be set on fire.
3. RailCoinPunch the insurrectionist as he gets up to capitalize on his large vertical hitbox.
This will deal ~74 dmg. Pistol shot him or feedback him to finish him off with maximum disrespect :^)

After practicing this for a while, I can't get it reliably, because I can't get the hang of the parry stack, but I found an easier way that only makes it slightly slower. Just parry the cannonball and shotgun separately. It only adds a fraction of a second of delay, and the damage seems to be the same.

Damage is the same. If you're not gonna parry stack you might as well just rocket him. You just need to light him on fire to get the damage multiplier. If you want to land the parry stack you need to walk through the cannonball. The shotgun pellets need to spawn outside of the cannonball.
I actually thought of this combo as well, but at the start I do 2-3 projboosts to ignite him first, then do the same, but if I fail the railcoinpunch, insurectioninst is like 2 hp, so I can finish him of with 1 slab shot.

No. The boss version has some 40 more hp. But this combo is irrelevant because the level the boss appears in has 3 dual wield power ups.
