correction: the humans didnt create a portal to hell. the prelude takes place on earth, and is the entrance to hell (and hell is not on earth. doesnt make a lot of sense until you realize hell is a non-euclidian space (so maybe it is on earth its just incredibly small)). the humans stumbled across the entrance while mining for materials (hence why its all metal and such)

it would be pretty fun to see ultrakill in deltarune style tbh

Literally the point of ultrakill

THE Mk2 GRENADE- the united states developed this grenade by studying F1 grenades. for this grenade to ignite, you must pull the pin AND the saftey lever. tif you let go of the saftey lever, it is blown away by the force of the spring, and the strike ignites the delay element, which burns for a few seconds then ignites the detonator. it uses the same striker used in a stick-shaped grenade THE FRICTION DELAY FUSE-this fuse uses matirials that react to friction as igniters. pulling the ring releases the friction iron, the igniter fire and the delay element burns. THE M24 GRENADE (aka THE STICK GRENADE)- this grenade uses the friction delay fuse. it is a wood stick with a war head at the end. there is a saftey cap at the bottom where if you take it off, a string will pop out. If you pull the string the delay fuse will light THE IMPACT INERTIA FUSE- this fuse is mainly used by rifle grenades. when the grenade hits the target the striker lights the fuse, rather than pulling a pin. SOVIET RPG-43 RPG-6 RPG-3M ANTI-TANK GRENADE- this grenade uses the inertia fuse. like the stick grenade, you need to pull the pin and throw from the base. when thrown, the saftey lever is removed and the spring pulls back a parachute, that keeps the grenade stable. the explosion is shaped, which makes it easier to penatrate armors the RPG-43 used cloth and a cup to stabilize, while RPG-6 uses only cloth. RPG-3M used a mini parachute. Another type of striker release fuse requires you to pull the pin then hot the top of grenade on a hard surface, then throw. GRENADE BODY-the body of grenades are responsible for enclosing explosives and creating fragmentation, causing secondary damage. when a grenade explodes, the fragmentation is more deadly then the shot itself FRAGMENTATION GRENADES (aka frags)- Usualy, the body of a frag is made of cast iron, the pinapple shaped body is what you would generaly think of when you hear the word "grenade". this shape causes equaly sized fragments. however, the internal grooves are responsible for the frag shapes. modern grenades use internal grooves and are ball-shaped. Grenades can be classified as either defensive or offenseve Frags are defensve grenades Offense grenades are used to attack with the impact waves of an explosion, rather than fragmentation. the shockwaves can cause organ-rupture, concussion and shock, which can cause death. these grenades work best in enclised spaces. the fillers are mostly TNT and RDX. TNT is a bit shock resistant, so it will only activate with the grenade. Smoke, napalm and cs grenades use chemicals instead of explosives. Smoke grenades use white phosphorus, which burnes, and smoke comes out Napalm grenades are can shaped, with no holes. when it explodes, It spreads a bunch a napalme. napalme is a gel that contanes gasoline, so it sticks to the target and burnes.
