Your commentary keeps me engaged in the video and at times cracks me up. If possible, please keep the videos with you talking instead of to music. So many other realtors put their tours to music and loose the interest of those watching. Even if you do a voice over, that would still be great. Just my two cents. Your channel is amazing! Who moves into a huge expensive house like this and moves out a year later? People that can't afford the huge mortgage. If you're going to buy a house, pay it off in 10 years or less and be at peace. This sale would have to be turnkey including furnishings and all gym equipment. What a nightmare to try to move that gym equipment and everything that will get damaged when it gets moved

You clearly didn't get the clues in the video. The owner clearly plays professional football and was probably traded. Explaining the short stay. Iowa State everywhere, full gym, and empty hers closet, etc...... Context clues my friend.

Guys it is a beautiful home but you moved so quickly through the house. I never seen you guys go through a home like that. You just breezed through the master bedroom. I seen a spiral staircase in the closet but that’s all you showed. The shower in the master you just stuck the camera in it. I couldn’t tell if there was a rain head installed. I like your channel but I did not care for this one. Please don’t start rushing through the homes it’s not the same when you do that. I just wanted to let you guys know that’s all. Like I said I do like your videos for the most part but not if you are going to be doing them like this.

Tbh with you I think this might’ve been a voice over tbh. It doesn’t seem like he was actually there to record the place. Possibly couldn’t make it there himself. Usually he does take it slow and shows the entire house from previous vids I’ve seen. Regardless, it’s a gorgeous home. Just hope next time he actually goes himself. Praying all is well
