You had that shepherds crook thing in your first video. I saw it behind your seat when you were getting back in the cab.
Next to the yellow arrow to the left there is a button with ''ans zuruck'' thats used to go back callouts.
Do you have to buy tram sim World then buy the other routes as per train sim World?

No, both Munich & Vienna are within the Standard Edition
What is the difference between standard and deluxe edition
