He might have been playing a 30fps but doubled the framerate when editing afterwards to smooth out the gameplay but with the side effect of cars going double speed.

@@benos4x4adventures49 yea no! I deleted XP11 before msfs20 was launched. Never went back to xp11 after purchasing msfs20 and never will.

Having sat in pretty much exactly that seat, and enjoyed the same terror of landing at Funchal- ie turbulence, slow speed, low altitude (sometimes it felt below the fishing boats bobbing around) I can attest this is truly amazing.

Amazing video. I've actually been here and remember the airport very well because it's right near the water, it's in the top 10 for most tricky airport landings. Can't wait for this game to arrive on the Series Consoles this year

what I really love about FS is that runways are uneven.

Have you ever so slightly made the video play quicker? As the beacon light on the wings looks like its flashing extremely quickly? Btw brilliant video! 🙂

Nice job, a tricky airport at the best of times. It’s a bit like the approach to the old Kai-Tak. My friend hasn’t done a landing here yet as it’s Captain only.

That water is just like looking at real life! Where it's slightly sticky/stuttering in places on the video is that due to the recording software?

It’s not just a dangerous approach because of the airport it’s also due to the fact your computer may overheat and set you on fire.

Beautiful video. I have a 1080Ti card as well and am blown away by how smooth you can run the game at Ultra. I have an older CPU so this gives me hope that if I just upgrade my CPU I could get my game looking like this. Did you apply any post-production effects such as a filter at all or is that just what the game looks like by default on Ultra/4k!?

I’m just curious because I also am a content creator/livestreamed and actually just upgraded my rig from an i5 to an i9 in hopes to be able to use reshade and play MSFS at similar looks and appearance! Did you use custom sounds ? (Others than FBW ones ?) inside engines sound looks more like CFM56 than LEAP.

I particularly like the hard 90 degree turns they make that would result in such astronomical g forces no human would survive.

Shame the traffic speed is twice as fast it needs to be, and the old Dreamcast graphic issue of trying to pop-in higher res textures the closer you get, but it gets more noticeable because of it! Other than that fantastic!

I have the same System specs like you, instead of I7 7820X ive got an Ryzen 7 3800X. When u fligh without recording, which settings u have? All on high? I only get 30 fps with Medium settings..

Actually the only setting I use is some "magic hdr"

In the early 90s when I was younger playing flight simulation games like this I had dreams that the future would look like this now at 55 and these games are getting hell of expensive I only hope to be able to buy one of these and immerse myself in the game hopefully PlayStation comes out with a watered down version GTA is great but just too many idiots on the game

Brother how do you manage to get the game working with a 1080ti. It looks amazing. Do you have all the settings on ultra? And terrain level of detail at 400?

There is something magic in the 15/30 minutes before landing, i never understood why.

Ok, every since flightsim 2020 has been released and after watching many many videos i've noticed a major dumb bug in the sim: ground trafic is crazy, vehicles are going like 200 miles/hr ! am i right ?
