Wanted to apologize for the video background making the colors go crazy. I thought it would be cool but I guess I won't be doing that again lol. The creams in the video look creamier than the originals in the picture but that is due to the warm lighting in my room. In person I swear the restocks are a lot greyer and lighter than the OGs..😅😅

Haven't tried a 1.0 before, does it fit smaller than a 4.0? do you recommend to go half-size up (from 4.0) when getting a 1.0 OG? Thanks

I haven ever tried 4.0s but 1.0s fit pretty TTS for me.

The 4.0 cremes were so damn tight it hurt to get them on. Go up half a size they are not the same as a normal 4.0. Especially around the sock collar.

I'm so happy that I got two creams, OG and the restock one even tho my OG creams is bnew but yellowed due to age

@Zooty Pickups how is the sizing? In the 2015 OG i wore a size 12 but it was a little long. I ordered a 11.5 because I remebered how long in the toe box it felt. How did the OG's feel to you?

These fit exactly the same as my 2015 OGs in terms of sizing. I always want to stick to slightly snug with PK shoes, as PK bags out over time.

sizing for 1.0s? I'm a 12 so no chance of going up half a size. I'm a 12 in everything and if it helps, The Acronym Vapormax was a perfect fit in a 12 for me.

Jeans with creams are Uniqlo slim selvedges and the black pants are Kinsupplies SPETZ battle zip cargos! The cargos are OOS as of now unfortunately.

My original 1.0s were a little tighter than my 3.0. What about the restock version of the 1.0?

Yeah I heard EU got shafted for both pairs. Extremely limited stock numbers. I was able to get the OGs the evening of the release for 30 percent off in store.. just casually strolled in and got my size lol

The gold aglets also are a downgrade from the OG. OG had gold aglets that had some weight to them.

My OG restock came in today, it seems like the quality is quite a bit different compared to the originals. The heal cup has a lot of glue marks and where the knit touches the boost seems very sloppy. Did you notice anything about quality difference? Great video by the way :)

Actually you know what? I've noticed the same thing. The only true 1.0 I have to compare against is the mystery grey and those are really old and beat up so it was kind of difficult to tell but it seem like there were less glue marks where the midsole connected with the upper.

The black/purple/gold OG sold out entirely here in the Philippines in just a matter of a couple of hours. Crazy. Tho I copped a pair. 😂😂😂 EDIT: The Chalk OGs drops here Dec. 21.

They probably retro’ed the shoes to get more money to fund their 4d shoes or their contract with BASF is ending.

To think that they wouldn’t be renewing their contract with BASF would be rather insane though. Everyone always wants to jump at scapegoating the “evil capitalist CEO’s at the top wanting to make more money,” but the fact of the matter is, the decisions do not come from that high up. They retro’d these because it’s a cool idea, and they want to recapture the interests of the sneakerheads that surges their sales originally, considering the 4.0’s in particular have been a bit of a flop in regards to enthusiasts buying and approving of the 4.0 design. My close friend works in business and consumer relations here in Portland at Adidas HQ. All of this shit passes by him in some way, and/or he is in on a lot of the discussions. Thanks to him I also get things like the original nmd Hu’s for employee discount (50% off) through the employee back channel. It is indeed pretty fantastic. ...Though I sold them like a year ago to another friend for 400 bucks and I’m SO BUMMED now. #regretfulresales
