*Sigh* Every fucking year i found myself looking for these videos... Just when things are ok SOMETHING needs to happen...

It took a couple of days of playing most of your videos as loudly as possible while intermittently playing a rat distress call among them. After putting out some Tomcat bait and blasting them nonstop for two days and nights, I can say that it worked! I had dozens of them, and I haven't seen one in a week. Thank-you!

Played the rat distress video... and a mouse comes running into the room with the speakers as if he was gonna help some nasty ol rat in trouble! Pschhhhh! Won’t play that video again!

Worked within 5mins rats had stopped under floor boards! Thx so much

Electronic mouse repellents operate under the idea of using high-frequency sounds to drive mice away from food sources and nesting grounds within human homes. Sonic or ultrasonic devices have been touted as repellents for everything from roaches to insects to rodents, specifically rats and mice. There are multiple brands of these electric devices that are said to emit either a sonic or ultrasonic wave, which these pests allegedly find irritating. Some are sold specifically to repel rodents. However, there is little data that these devices repel insects or are effective in rodent control. Rats and mice emit high-pitched sounds and may communicate using these sounds. Devices that use sound that humans can hear typically have no effect on the rodents. Sonic devices are also used to deter birds, but there is only temporary relief, if any. In fact, in areas with large populations of birds, birds have been observed roosting on top of sonic units. Humans can hear some sounds heard by rats and mice; however, much of the rodents’ hearing range is above the human range. This range outside of human hearing is called “ultrasonic.” The theory of ultrasonic repellents is to create a sound irritating to rodents, but yet at a frequency out of the range of human hearing. Even though sound may be created that can be heard by rodents and not heard by humans, there is little data to support that these devices repel rodents. These sounds are supposed to be alarming to mice and discourage them from settling or feeding in affected areas. However, the sound emitted by these repellents cannot pass through walls, and furniture may limit their range. Data on these tools show little to no effectiveness. If mice are present in a home, it is best to contact a pest management professional, since mice can be destructive and spread contamination

There are parts you can't hear which are worse for the rats.

Right after I started playing it, flushed a mouse out. It's scarpered from my bedroom!

This has to be done in conjunction with setting traps or it’s gonna stop working. When they see their family disappearing left and right, theoretically they’ll leave. I have kind of a bad mouse problem right now and I hear them scurrying around already.

My friend used sticky tape and finally got rid of the parades on top of her fireplace mantle. She said they were screaming and tearing their fur off - gross, worked. Or old fashioned guillotines still work. Ther is a guy on youtube who tested the ultrasonic devices and all were duds. Sellers count on us to buy them and too lazy to return them.

How big an area does the sound work? Have you got to do room by room?

You need to do every room 24 hours for 5 days, then probably again soon another 5 days depending on the area. The best is to buy specific devices that have long running battery. Remember that babys and pets will hear it like the rats. Those devices have somewhat longer range so you need maybe 2 in total unless the building is large.

Your mom. Had to do it. :) Both only work for the first day in my case. I am running them 24/7 but the rodents seem to have turned them into dance music. Freaking artists, am I right?

@@amandamoran8496 spicy pastrami works well in mini claw traps, as does processed cheese sticks. I also have bowls of balsamic vinegar and cloves of creating a wonderful aroma for me , not so much for them in this 35C heat. Hate to know the temp in the ceiling. Just waiting for the exterminator to actually turn up, as there been hired by the landlord

​@@drsiigabb9935 i haven't done those but I have used peanut butter, jelly, jelly beans, fries, nuggets and nuts and they worked pretty good I well have to try those tho!

Works even better if you do it for two hours, then stop, then start it up again. That’s how I can tell that it’s working because after it’s about 10 minutes of it they start to freak and I can hear them run across the roof of the house!

I definitely hear it. It actually sounds a lot like the sound mice make just louder Not squeaking. The other noise they make it’s like a high pitch quiet little sound only a fucking rodent can make. I got used to it and eventually the mice did too. I moved onto poison.

Waste of time. Great joke tho..baaahaaa... my stoopid dogs who howel like they're gunna die when they hear a siren 4 blocks away snored for 2 days through it. Rats didn't give a rats! They're still dancing in my walls. Great gag tho..i totally fell for it. Thumbs up to ya mate!
