Yes, you can play with two full backs and one center back in the middle. I used this formation as well, it works fine but you need a really good DC to make it work.

Yes of course, all the play styles are still good and viable. Although as it currently stands the False Nine is just the most efficient play style as you can play him in both ST and AMC positions.

Well tactics change, I have a video that explains tactics in my channel I'll suggest checking it out. The only difference from that video to this formation will be short passing style and focus passing through the middle.

Well basically the arrows are just impacting the player's mentality during the match. If you plan your wingers to not participate as much in the defense you can play his arrow to attack, the AMC should always be in an attacking mentality because his defensive attributes are low in most cases.
