Your commentary in this one was awesome! I was lucky enough to drive a Mercedes’ Benz Maybach one time. It was awesome but also scared me. It costs as much as a house and I was petrified that someone would hit me!

@4:40 the car being crushed is most likely a car manufacturer's prototype test unit (pre-production). All manufacturers destroy these units after the prototype problems are resolved and the car is officially introduced for sale to the public. Nothing is saved and everything is destroyed (i.e. including spare tires, rims, etc).

High performance cars, low performance drivers.

The UK crushes cars seized by Customs because when they sold them at auction, they would keep seeing the same car again a little later. Smugglers would buy the already modified car to save on the alteration costs. When they changed to crushing the car, it made it more difficult for smugglers. Also, the deterrence factor from the visuals. Soon after the change to crushing, they seized a quarter million pound Rolls Royce and crushed it. That got the public's attention. Plus, crushing it is cheaper than the lost duty from a successful smuggling run.

So as a kid I loved the McLaren F1, Lamborghini Diablo, and Dodge Viper...now I've added on the Aventador, pretty much all McLarens, Ferrari Superfast in general, and Aston Martin Vantage..and whenever I watch these sorts of videos I'm always commenting "just give me the car...I'll learn how to drive it properly...you're not doing it right anyways...ruining such beautiful car(s)" XD

Late to the party, but about your question. I have a favourite or more in practically almost if not all luxury car brands. Like, for Mercedes I like the SLR McLaren, the SLS AMG, the SL65 Black Series and so on, for Ferrari, I like 458, the F12, the 812 etc. For Aston Martin, it would be the Vanquish, and the DB series... and the rest. Let's face it all AMs are such gorgeus cars to look at. Even the '70s V8, you know, the one that kind of resembles a Mustang 2 from the front but it's actually pretty to look at Really don't know what's my all time fav or even the top 10. I guess my actual favourite would be the one I could afford and could afford paying the displacement tax I have in my country.

'Supercars'? Asinine. I had a 'built' 2005 Roush Mustang - 0-60 in 3.5, in 2nd. 130 in 4th @ 4,900... With these cars, there's NO place where one can 'drive' them. There is much more fun to be had with a Miata, which can be 'driven' while never exceeding the speed limit.
