Great work. I just wanted to know if these formulas and metrics apply outside American markets? For example will aaa corporate yield be pertinent for European listed stock prices?

For REIT do you consider that a specific métric should be applied?

Great video, just a question on free cash flow, why did you put 65,149 on year 2021? It is the data from 2022 on the website.

Curious on how you get the chart to recognize just the numbers when pulling data from cells I18:K18. I see when you are editing from 365 to 700 the function field only shows the number and the cells contain 'Day's Change'. I was able to do it a more simpler way by separating the cells and only pulling from the one that contains a number. Did you have to use one of the REGEX functions? Timestamp: 1:24 for reference

You can create a custom number format: e.d. # "Day Price %" which keeps "Day Price" in the cell, but only the number will change.

I love your vids and your spreadsheets. Is there a way to get the danish stock market to work in the sheet? I would love to be able to use it, without putting so many numbers in manually, for the danish market. If possible.

Thats a really good tool for Stock analysis. One question: does everything work for stocks not listed on the NYSE? Can you e.g. pull all the data for Matas (MATAS) which is listed om a Danish Stock Exchange. I have problems with getting e.g. the dividend data from Yahoo finance.

The spreadsheet will allow for some international stocks, but I’m currently trying to work on solutions for all international stocks.

Question in the Discounted Cash Flow Chart.... For Shares Outstanding you entered 7460 for 7.46B. Shouldnt it be 7460000000?

As a suggestion, maybe perform a webscrape and fill in most of the information. When an option of two different values could be used you could have two different columns with the information. Finally, for those options that we could enter the last five years of data you could update the spreadsheet. That way we would be forced to keep the sheets upto date and become members. Just seems like in order to get your sheets to work we need to visit multiple websites and copy information into the sheet. Anyway, just an idea to help your customers get more out of the spreadsheets.

Hey!

Damn, these people always cherry pick stocks that make their system look good, how do you work out total debt when a company doesn't list it, such as apple, they have all sorts of 'Long-term debt' 'current debt' 'Current liabilities' but how do i actually find their total debt, it's easy to pick a Microsoft who list it outright

Total debt will be listed on the balance sheet.
