hello! i’ve done the quest, but i don’t get star fall in the rest of the island? and i didn’t get the badtz maru quest either?

Starfall comes randomly to different regions of the island, and as of the 1.7.5 update, they have removed the quests associated with the starfall and rainfall critters/fish!
