Good point Chris. UK spring is cool traditionally with the odd warmer day. You can wear all your favourites throughout spring. Great list, I have quite a few of them. I don’t bother buying too many heavy fragrances these days. If I go dressed up I always reach for Dior Homme Parfum. Definitely more classy than the Intense for the more mature man. Must suck it up and buy TF Oud Wood.
Younger Chris just as lovely as current Chris. Incidentally, I've really been into Royal Mayfair lately. Wore it yesterday to an easter outing and it's old man approved. 😆 There's my dad wearing Le Male while I'm.......yeah. 😂 Tempted to give him the rest of my decant, but maybe I'll get him a bottle one day. Not a fan of OFG, but the rest of your choices are on point my friend. 👌 Gonna be a great spring.
Like you Chris so many memories coming back wearing le male in wakefield and leeds in the clubs late 90s. Only problem it reminds me of things i did that maybe i shouldn't!

Grasmere and the surrounding area is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. The gingerbread's phenomenal, too, and in an odd coincidence they do a scented candle you'd appreciate. Anyway, I digress... Of your rundowns I only own Dior Homme Parfum and Dior Eau Sauvage. I don't think DHP is a particularly versatile or everyday spring scent so I tend to reserve it for events like weddings, but DES most certainly is a springtime go-to, and I'll be rocking it a lot in 2024 and beyond.

Did you just say that tom ford oud wood was niche? Tom ford is, by the very definition, not niche. Prices + quality don't determine if a fragrance or house is niche! Otherwise we'd be calling issey miyake ambre nuit a niche fragrance.
