🎥 I recently disturbed a fire ant mound and it was a sight to see! Immediately, I sprinkled some Ortho Orthene powder on the mound. This product is incredibly simple to use; just sprinkle a tablespoon of the powder on top of the fire ant mounds. The ants will carry it down into their nest, eventually killing the queen. Once the queen is dead, the entire mound collapses.
⌛ I applied the powder to this particular mound about three or four days ago. Although I usually check the results within a day or two, I’m a bit late this time. However, in most cases, I find that 98% of the ants are gone by then. Now, let's see the results!
🔍 As I disturb the mound, I'm seeing just a single ant. Normally, the ants would be swarming, and I'd have to keep my distance. Just the other day, they were all over my tripod, cutting my video short. But today, the difference is clear - Ortho Orthene has done its job beautifully. No special steps are required, just a little powder and some patience, and you'll see significant results.
