Howdy gang! The first season quest is currently bugged but I think we can expect a fix pretty fast. If I had to guess it's because the furniture shop is supposed to have a rotating selection, and so the furniture item we're supposed to grab for the first quest isnt in the current rotation for whatever reason xD I hope it'll be up soon! I'll be streaming this Monday checking out player-made creations with the new furniture :D Hopefully we can spot some fun little homes in progress! (hopefully the bug is fixed by then!)

I used to joke about season of assembly being the season of ikea but now tgc legitimately made a season of ikea

This season was created for rich players only and not for everyone. Even the workshop that has quests and requests costs you a high price, so not all players will be able to enjoy the season. This is not strange for TGC.😑

​@@Dandygirl_94i wouldn't be so sure... they do whatever they can to reap as money from players as possible. returning capes in the shop costing up to $40 aud, simpler cosmetics for $20 etc etc, it's extremely greedy. i always end up coming and going from this game because while it's a neat game with lovely graphics, it's so money heavy. skip and scrimp as much as you can, but you can't get most of what you want. so greedy

180 eden candles for the closet woah that cosmetic is surely directed towards veterans more than regular players for sure 😵

the season lasts 2 months, so with the shard events and Eden runs, you should be able to collect enough ascended candles.

I’m a veteran and I have 24 ac. 🤷‍♀️ I only ever needed them for ts but I have nearly all of them. I need 2 more and one is supposed to be coming out for the pc release. I think the next ts will be the one I need. I barely do Eden or shards and the only reason I did Eden the other day was to help a moth through. I said I’d help them when they needed to do Eden even though I hate bothering to collect all my lights again. 😂

They're feeding the hardcore veterans well this season! So many new things for them to buy with their stockpiles! I love everything about this season, which I wasn't expecting. Definitely buying season pass!

1:23 I'd argue that there's less free items than normal 😭. There isn't even any cosmetics really, so if you aren't interested in homespaces at all there's nothing to do besides get hearts from the season quest. Personally I'm going to still do all the dailies to get seasonal candles, then just wait till the end so they turn into normal candles

Think about it this way, as an old casual you've probably collected a ton of pots, shelves, and other decorations that used to be useless, you'll probably have a big leg up on decorating

@@rivetsquid8887 Haha yeah, you're actually right. ^-^ Not furnitures like shelves and tents bc they were useless but I do have tons of other decorative items like various types of lights, plushies, hammocks, pillows, christmas chat table because I like being lazy and cozy. ^-^ With free season items like sofa, dining table, photo frames and that bathtub, my house will look great.

So what causes your outfit to be saved to the figurine? Is it only when it is selected from the cosmetic shrine or dresser? And then after that, if you take it with you on your back, it will just keep the saved outfit even if you change yours and place if on the ground in the realms?

I’m a bit late but I purchased the pass but I didn’t get the pendent and candles upon the purchase, was that a waste of money or is was an error?

Imma rest, the season is not that good.

I came here to judge whether or not I wanted to bother getting the pass this time. I’m leaning towards maybe yes. I definitely wanted that outfit, the stump tub and the branch light and they’re locked behind a paywall. Nice. My biggest complaint is how huge they always make the furniture in Sky. It just doesn’t look right next to the ring sky kids. 🤷‍♀️ But I’ll probably get the pass just because of the few items I liked. I definitely want the closest I just wish they didn’t make it so bulky.

the only thing i really want is the hair so im glad it’s free. i wish sky would have more seasons like this, more miscellaneous items after beautiful cosmetic heavy seasons like nine colored deer. it’d be a great ‘relaxing’ season, so those who are more interested in outfits/hair/etc are able to chill a little, esp with the IAPs.

I recently just dropped by in the game again after months (because I didn't have phone space so I was happy when we got a PC version PLUS Cinnamoroll collab!). This current season seems really cool! But I have a question and I don't know where to ask it so I apologize for commenting here🙇🙇 ... There's a Nesting Challenge that goes "Use Moments Guide's Camera to take 0/5 photos of your nest." but it doesnt count normal screenshots. The wiki says that it's only available for a camera prop from the Season of Moments. Is there a way to obtain the camera prop again or is it gone for good? Q_Q) How will you progress the quest if you didn't play at that season?

Super easy! Just speak to the Moments guide and you can get the camera immediately for absolutely free. You can start the 4th(? maybe 5th) Aviary Village quest to get them in the village, or travel to the Prairie Peaks. sky-children-of-the-light.fandom.com/wiki/Prairie_Peaks

I think the price of the dresser being 180 AC is insane. First I have to buy 15 furniture items that could cost between 20 to 80 candles, and sometimes even AC too. If I buy all the furniture I still need to make 15 shared spaces, and after I get that which could cost hundreds of candles I still need to spend and extra 180 AC which could take months to collect... Once I get the dresser prop I can still get the other ridiculously priced props too, if I wanna get all the props from the challenge board it might take years even...

question... and apologies if i misunderstood this even after watching the video... my understanding was there was just 1 portable closet prop. the final reward of the Nesting Challenge: Workshop questline. and if you equip it as an outfit item, it sits on your back and you can whip it out while flying around anywhere at anytime to access any item from your closet. but then in this video you showed that same portable closet prop--basically just a dresser--in your nest and said you didnt complete the questline but then there it is. so are they actually 2 different items? 1 for being able to equip for your back and then 1 as a piece of furniture to decorate your nest? or its just 1 item and you happen to have it in your nest despite not completing the quests because this is all in beta for this video? got confused by the end of the video.

Hey! À beta tester told me on Discord that this portable closet could be worn on your back and used anywhere, AND also be placed as a furniture in your nest. So basically you can totally do both, place it in your room as decor and also carry it anywhere to change your outfit anytime. Just one reminder, that beta tester also said that if you pick any prop or instruments from your closet both items will be switched off so you won't have your closet on your back anymore.. but as long as you're not changing props you can basically use it anywhere without going to a lobby's closet to change your outfit

It seems that (at least in the beta) TGC has been kind enough to "give" us the prop closet as a featured item for our nests - so even if you haven't bought the prop you can place it in your home. If I actually owned the prop I'd be able to carry the wardrobe around with me too :D Also from what I understand, you can carry the closet with you and then switch props if needed by using the closet. Doing so will remove the closet from your back but it's pretty handy if you're in dire need of a campfire or something like that :)
