You got that crank bearing way to hot!
I don't know if someone's mentioned this to you already but I'm 90% certain you put that crank seal in the wrong way I ain't pissing you around btw generally, Suzuki's have the crank seal in the opposite way to how you've got it hope you see this as the seal will blow in a couple of months of hard use 👍

What do the lectrons go for? And do you just tune them no jets and such?
Do you put the oil in separately in the container or do you just mix the gas with oil and gas straight up
Did u use the wrench rabbit rebuild kit? I’m rebuilding my sons 2003 rm 125 , leaning towards wrench rabbit heard a lot good results

What crank did you go with
You don't need to let a clutch soak, a good coating of oil on each plate as you install them is just as effective.
Trust me I’d much rather see riding and racing videos but it’s nice having the variety of bike builds on ur channel as well. u should keep ur Kawi 125 and get a ktm or husky 150 and either ride stock until needs rebuild and then trick it out or just trick it out right away depending on what u do with ur Honda 250f

Just start on somthing small like a mini bike engine or go kart and work your way up to 2 strokes I’m 14 and I rebuild motors so just know you can do it too

Rms always have a issue with gearboxes melting.. 2 strokes that is..
Your not supposed to heat up the crankshaft bearing directly, you could damage it by doing that. When heating it you need to place a socket on top of the bearing and make the socket warm so your not heating it directly but indirectly. Ps:no hate just an advise

Depends on what state your bike is in, whether or not you want the high end parts. His kx125 cost $8700 at first now its at close to $15k

@@Shipman37x I have a 01 kx500 all worked up with custom excel rims, over sized galfer front rotor, renthal twin walls, mika bar risers, AC aluminum racing subframe, ceet gripper seat cover, ims pegs, pro taper pro clutch and perch, stainless steel core moto brake lines, with a lot more extras and that bike total cost is under 6k range (that includes the price of the bike purchase). I have a cr500r thats even more worked up than my kx with the top of the line everything on it.
Put a hgs, scalvini or dep pipe on this thing🤝👌🏽
