@@Triple-Tactics-Tim-Official oh no doubt, Maxx C can destroy you, but that goes for everyone playing a combo heavy deck. I’m still learning to play a very similar deck and not trip over myself while at the same time playing as fast as I can so I don’t get handed an auto-loss. It’s like juggling, and you keep having more balls added while the other player lobs baseballs at you.

@@thevillainscott @Triple-Tactics-Tim-Official Perhaps against a first-turn player who also uses “A Legendary Ocean” field spell combined with Tornado Wall trap, which breaks the Rikka combo by distorting the levels of your Rikka monsters and you’re not able to damage the opponent even if you tribute their monster.

@@Triple-Tactics-Tim-Official Already had it built it when you did the top decks to build to reach master, was just waiting for your guide to drop :D The combo is awesome, just need to get the hang of what to do in very specific situations such as getting interrupted or not starting with a good hand. Also with so many negates sometimes with my lack of knowledge of the game I just don't negate at the right time, but with time it will be all good :D

i think loci plus 1 rikka in hand is the most useful combo to know imo. basically u dont need glamour search if u have one in hand so u end on the trap and u can activate konkon after u summon hypertron so u get a spell negate under it(also yes its once per turn). even without 1 rikka in hand its generally better to go for a line where u end on trap anyway just so u have more flexible interactions than just big monsters with negates/bounces

I like this deck a lot it has nasty combos but dies to maxx c way harder than most decks it's tier level, even 1 other hand trap well timed is end of turn.

Amazing guide. I loved this deck, built it before Konkon arrived in MD but it takes a lot of brain power to play, especially going second or when interrupted mid combo

Is the 50 plus version better than the 40-45 build ?

Easier to send lilly to search for disco thebn summon regulus since lily is now in grave

I kinda want to use more aromage cards, do you think there is a way to work seraphy marjoarm into the end board? It'd give one of the Aroma traps too. I'm trying to figure out how to work it into this combo line, and I can kinda do it but only at the exchange of something else (won't mind losing Theraon since I don't have him or the field spell and I'm zilch on UR crafting mats)

I honestly think the crux of getting it to work would be aromage jasmine (not the link, the base version) giving you that extra summon

I’m late to the video since I’m new to YGO but one for one would be very useful to access loci too no? At least to bait some negates

Is the Sylvan link necessary? I never see people use it. Also, is the second Strenna needed. I’m low on UR lol

sylvan link helps push thru after getting disrupted. second strenna is important for grind game but u can just play an ftk version if u want though it has bad grind game but 1 strenna would mean ur grind game is bad anyway. id say play cactus bouncer and rose girl in main plus circle of the fairies instead of strenna. basically u can search for cactus bouncer w glamour and search for rose girl w second jasmine search, special rose girl and use it + prim or princess to synchro into circle which gives u an extra normal so u normal cactus at the end of combo. thats only if u had to normal loci tho if u used dai or something than u can just do standard combo and normal bouncer at the end.

for consistency though id reccomend just playing standard rikka which has a rlly good grind game and if u are good u can just out grind ur opponent if they mess up even like once. the version i talked about above is basically just, do u have 2 board breakers in hand? if no i win if yes i lose lol
