They are a serious winch. I’ve lifted the Mogwai 5.5kg and an element enduro hanging off the back deadlifting. No problem. I love them.

That's awesome mate 👍😎 It seemed to have power for days. The dead lift really impressed me, especially how it could just hold it there. 👍💪

I have the regular 8274 winch, it’s awesome. I’m fairly sure they sell longer winch lines on the RC4WD website, different colors etc. I found it was slightly short too, but very strong 👍

Thanks very much 👍 Yeah I got the lwb bed, but I'm considering getting the swb bed instead as I think it would work better on it. Just not sure if it would look right on a 4 door! 🤔

That's a pretty serious winch and, a nice replica of those used on the Camel Trophy in the later years. A fairly serious price, but in line with the Traxxas item I guess, with Tim Taylor's favourite, "more power"! But, would it fit o n the Defender I wonder? I could fit a Traxxas item into my front bumper, just, but not sure about the RC4WD. I've recently fitted a 2m line to my winch, which allows more flexibility to use snatch blocks, essential on a lowly powered winch!

Yeah, it's more powerful than the Traxxas one, 5 times more iirc. It would definitely look great on a scale rig. 👍
